Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Products may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Original receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale promotions (unless defective).
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review your request and arrange an exchange or replacement after verification.

Items Not Considered Defective

The following conditions are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.

Decorative Accessories

Decorative items such as bows, flowers, cartoon characters, ornaments, stickers, and patches may become loose or detach during normal use — especially when pulled, twisted, or subjected to force by children. This is considered normal wear and tear, not a manufacturing defect.

LED / Light-Up Footwear

For footwear containing LED lights or illuminated components, failure or malfunction of the lighting system after purchase is not considered a manufacturing defect. These electronic components are decorative features and are not covered under any warranty or guarantee.

Lock Laces & Adjustable Fastening Systems

Damage to lock laces, elastic laces, toggles, drawstrings, or other fastening mechanisms resulting from regular use, excessive force, or accidental breakage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Normal Wear & Tear

Sole wear, scuff marks, scratches, fading, creasing, stains, discoloration, or general material deterioration over time are not considered manufacturing defects.

Improper Use or Misuse

Damage caused by rough handling, sports activities beyond the footwear's intended use, dragging of feet, heat exposure, water damage, chemical exposure, or improper cleaning is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Size, Comfort, or Fit Issues After Use

Footwear that has been worn outdoors or used after purchase cannot be considered defective due to discomfort, fit preference, or sizing concerns.

Minor Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, printing, or finishing that do not affect the functionality of the product are not considered defects.

The determination of whether a product contains a genuine manufacturing defect shall be made solely by Ninos Footwear after inspection of the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible cases after review and verification of the returned item.

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer, as agreed.

Items that do not meet the exchange eligibility criteria above will not qualify for a refund.

Exchange Shipping

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was caused by us — in which case we will arrange and cover the return shipping.
